If you haven’t heard, Martin + Osa - which is owned by American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. - is closing all stores and its online presence at martinandosa.com.  As a result, they’ve started taking markdowns on their merchandise today and you can get 30% off any order automatically at checkout, including their selection of women’s shoes.  We’ve seen 30% off sales before from the retailer, but more often than not it applied to sale items only or had exclusions that eliminated certain brands from being discounted.  Not so this time around; however, all sales are final at this point.  The good news is you can get a nice discount on the 37 shoe styles they currently offer from brands like Dolce Vita, Converse, Jeffrey Campbell, Corso Como and more.  I’m liking the Dolce Vita Colette, which is $126 after the discount (originally $180).  This pair is also available at Shopbop for $180, but it’s practically sold out, so this is a good bargain if you’ve been coveting this style.  It’s also notable that they offer Havaianas Slim Flip Flops on sale in several color options for $17, reduced from $24.50 (scroll down to see them).  I’m not sure how long this sale will last, or if the discount will increase at some point, but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out!

Lord & Taylor is having a Friends & Family sale that takes 25% off most items sitewide, including their selection of women’s shoes, when you apply coupon code FRIENDS at checkout.  There’s no shortage of cute shoes to pick from, especially since the discount applies to both regularly-priced and sale shoes, but a few brand exclusions apply.  One of my favorites is a quite a splurge, but it’s gorgeous and so spring-ready, so I can’t help but love it.  It’s the Nanette Lepore Secret Love (pictured above) and it’s $355, but it drops to $266.25 after code.  Here are a few more of my picks from this sale:

As any reader of this blog knows, I love to get a great deal on a pair of shoes.  While I don’t have a “That’s so last season” mentality when it comes to my purchases and I often scour sale and clearance shoes for hidden rock-bottom gems, I do have to admit that there’s something especially gratifying about getting a new arrival at a great price.  Even more so when entering a season like spring, which always comes with a plethora of irresistibly cute and bright sandals to choose from.  So, I had to scope out the current spring shoe sales that cut the price, but not the style.  Here are a few that I found:
