Lord & Taylor: 15% off regularly-priced items and 20% off sale and clearance with coupon code BIG until 11/22/09.  They also have a buy one, get 50% off second boot sale, which doesn’t combine with the coupon code.

Smartbargains: 3 for $99 select shoes today only 11/17/09.  Or, mix and match with other fashion and home items eligible for this discount.

Bebe: $15 off $100 with coupon code 15OFF100 until 12/24/09.

Kohls: 50% off select boots until 11/18/09.

Nine West: Extra 50% off select Seriously on Sale shoes and free shipping.  Expiration unknown.
