I like what MIA has done with their MIA Dolli heel.  The shoe is black, but some areas have a bordeaux color blended in, resulting in a subtle, but attractive color effect.  It also has cute cutouts and studs for extra interest.  Get this pair for only $17.99 at Famous Footwear if you are a 6-8.5 (whole and half sizes available).  It’s also available in solid black in limited sizes.  Shipping adds $4.50.
