I really like this fringed MIA Hannah heel, as I wrote before.  I think this pair is perfect for applying the fringe trend, which continues to be popular, but integrating it into the wardrobe in a more understated way.  I found the black version at Famous Footwear on sale for $29.99, marked down from $79.  Shipping adds $4.50 or get it free if you order three or more pairs.  If you like the tan version, you can get it at Dillards for $33.18 with about $8.95 for shipping, but I’m not sure how long that sale price will last.
